By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of my products after updates means you agree to the latest version of these terms.

AVATARS / MODELS

✧ Basic Unity knowledge is required to use my avatars.

✧ My avatars are intended for VRChat only unless otherwise stated on the product page.

✧ You may not share, leak, redistribute, resell, price-split, trade, or make my avatars public.

✧ You may not claim my work as your own, even if heavily edited.

✧ You may not extract, reuse, or redistribute any assets, textures, shaders, or files included with my avatars.

✧ Streaming, videos, and social media content featuring my avatars are permitted as long as credit is provided with a link to my shop whenever possible.

✧ Refunds are not offered once files have been delivered.

✧ I am not responsible for issues caused by edits, modifications, third-party assets, software updates, or user error.

✧ Avatar edits are permitted. Edited versions remain subject to these Terms of Service.

✧ Purchasing a product grants a license to use it, not ownership of the product itself.

ASSETS

✧ Basic Blender and/or Unity knowledge is required to use my assets.

✧ Assets may be used on avatars for VRChat and other social VR platforms.
✧ Assets may be ported to Cyberpunk 77, Sims and Final fantasy for personal use ONLY. They can not be used for public mods or be profited off. All other Asset rules also apply!

✧ Credit is required whenever my assets are used. Please include a link to my shop.

✧ You must legally own a copy of the asset to use it.

✧ You may not claim my work as your own, even if edited.

✧ You may not share, leak, redistribute, resell, trade, or price-split my assets.

✧ Assets may be used on commercial, free, public, private, and Nitro avatars for vrchat only.

✧ Assets must be included as part of a finished avatar and may not be redistributed as standalone files.

✧ There is no limit to the number of my assets that may be used on a commercial avatar for vrchat.

✧ Refunds are not offered once files have been delivered.

TEXTURES

✧ Credit is required whenever my textures are used. Please include a link to my shop.

✧ You may not claim my work as your own, even if edited.

✧ You may not share, leak, redistribute, resell, trade, or price-split my textures.

✧ Textures may be used on free, public, private, commercial, and Nitro avatars for vrchat unless otherwise stated.

✧ Textures may not be used to create competing texture packs, asset packs, or products intended for resale or redistribution.

✧ Refunds are not offered once files have been delivered.

ADDITIONAL RULES

✧ My products may not be used for AI training, dataset creation, or machine learning purposes without written permission.

✧ Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals will result in permanent loss of licensing rights to all of my products.

✧ If any part of these Terms of Service is violated, your license to use the product may be revoked immediately.

✧ I reserve the right to refuse support to users found violating these terms.

✧ Product-specific licenses or permissions listed on a product page take priority over these general Terms of Service.
